What is Runners Athletics Return Policy?

We accept returns of complete, undamaged and sellable items within 30 days of receipt. We have the right to refuse returned items that does not meet Runners Athletics return requirements.

Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

What is Runners Athletics Refund Policy?

Once we have received and inspected your items you will get your refund immediately. This will reflect back to the original mode of payment within 5-7 business days, depending on your financial institution. PayPal refunds will be visible in your PayPal balance immediately. Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable. We will send a confirmation email when the refund is complete. We will refund any unused portion of the store credit coupon code.

What if my items arrived damaged or I received the wrong item?

If your items arrived damaged or you received an incorrect item, please email sales@runnersathletics.com with your name and order number. You do not need to initiate a return in the Returns Center for the damaged or incorrect items.

How do I return my items?

Please be advised that we only accept in-mail returns. We recommend starting your returns online to expedite your experience.

1. Click the 'Initiate a Return' button.

2. Login to your Runners Athletics Account to view your order history.

3. Choose the item you'd like to return and begin your return/exchange.

  • Purchase pre-paid shipping labels at your convenience.
  • Refund/Exchange initiated immediately once we received the returned items.
  • Note that shipping charges are non-refundable and there will be a processing fee of $5.00 254PHP.00 deducted from your refund to use this service.

What is your International Return Policy?

We accept in-mail returns for International orders only. If you have questions regarding an international return, please contact speedy@runnersathletics.com with your order details. Shipping for returns from outside the United States are at your own cost.

Runners Athletics Lifetime Warranty Guidelines

We worked hard to design sunglasses and running hats that can stand up to everyday wear, make it through your workouts, and are always ready for your next adventure. We guarantee a lifetime warranty support for defects in material or manufacturing at Runners Athletics discretion.

If you order was delivered over 30 days ago, you are eligible to process a lifetime warranty. In order for us to process your claim, the following conditions must be met:

  • Product must be purchased directly through the Runners Athletics official website.
  • Valid Proof of Purchase.
  • Photos to support your claim.
  • Used the product as intended and in accordance with the product’s care instructions.

How Can I File A Claim?

If you need to file a warranty claim, Runners Athletics has the sole discretion to determine what qualifies as a manufacturer’s defect. At this time, the warranty evaluation process takes 5-7 business days. Click on the Warranty Claim button to submit a request. Alternatively, you may send an email with the photo to speedy@runnersathletics.com or via our Contact Us page.

Once we received a photo of the damaged item, we will assess it and determine if the claim is legitimate or not. If the claim is legitimate, we are happy to replace the entire hat/sunglasses depending on the circumstances. However, as a small business - please be aware there is aUSD$9.95 processing fee which covers handling and fulfilment costs, excluding shipping. Once your item is approved, we will then send you an invoice for the fee.

Do You Sell Replacement Parts?

We do not sell replacement parts such as frames, screws, hinges or lenses. If you believe that a missing/damaged part must covered and replaced by the lifetime warranty, kindly send us claim and we'd be more than happy to assist.

What Is Not Covered in the Lifetime Warranty?

  • Defects caused by third-party repairs, modifications or replacement parts.
  • The warranty will be voided if there has been an attempt to fix your hat or sunglasses on your own.
  • Normal wear and tear - which includes scratches and marks on the lenses, deformity or stains in the running hats.
  • Damage caused by improper storage, misuse, abuse, accident or neglect.
  • Damage caused by anything other than defects in material or workmanship.
  • Lost or stolen.
  • If you’re not the original owner of the product.
