What if my items arrived damaged or I received the wrong item?
If your items arrived damaged or you received an incorrect item, please email sales@runnersathletics.com with your name and order number. You do not need to initiate a return in the Returns Center for the damaged or incorrect items.
How do I return my items?
You may initiate a return via our Returns Portal or email us at sales@runnersathletics.com with your order number and items you would like to return.
How soon will I get my refund?
Once we have received and inspected your items you will get your refund immediately. This will reflect back to the original mode of payment within 5-7 business days, depending on your financial institution. PayPal refunds will be visible in your PayPal balance immediately. We will send a confirmation email when the refund is complete. We will refund any unused portion of the store credit coupon code.
What items are returnable?
We accept returns of complete, undamaged and sellable items within 30 days of receipt. We have the right to refuse returned items that does not meet Runners Athletics return requirements.
Please note that shipping charges are non-refundable.

I bought this for runs with my standard poodle. It’s very well made and works great. It took me auntie to figure it out but once I did I love it. Very comfortable even when he pulls a bit (like when he sees an animal or a friend).
I love this leash! It’s very comfortable around my waist, doesn’t slip, and has locking carabiners. I also like that the rope has some give to it. I’ve purchased more dog leashes than I’d like to admit, and this one is probably my favorite.
IT’S A MIRACLE!! We’ve got a Good Boy. He’s generally a very Good Boy. Sometimes, he loses his sh#t on the leash, like if he sees a bird or another Good Boy on the street. This running leash is helping us get him better *paired* with us, more focused. It’s working great. This leash is SUPER heavy duty with a secure connection to his training harness. I’d go so far as to say this leash an EVEN BETTER BOY!
