Is this supportive enough for running?

The longline bra offers excellent medium support, which is great for lighter runs or gym work. For long-distance or high-intensity sprinting where maximum bounce reduction is the priority, we recommend our dedicated Running sports bra.

Can I wear this as a top?

Absolutely! That is the beauty of the longline design. It provides enough coverage to be worn as a standalone crop top with high-waisted leggings or shorts, eliminating the need for an extra tank top.
